  • Do you have a shop?
    No we don’t have a physical store other than selling online.
  • How do I contact you?

Contact us on Twitter @onlyforthecoolteam ​ We try our best to respond to all queries we receive within 24 / 48 hours within the week. Sometimes our replies are rejected by certain mail providers for a number of reasons, or the email is simply delayed due to heavy email traffic
  • Do you do wholesale goods?
    No we presently don’t supply wholesale.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    Yes you can We're pretty quick at picking and packing your order, therefore we need to be quick to cancel your order once your purchase has been confirmed ​ If you change your mind you can return it to us by posting it back to us. ​
  • How do I track my item?
    If you would like to track your item please log into your account if you’re registered with us.Otherwise a tracking would be provided within 72hours of purchase of any item from us.
  • Do you deliver to my country?
    Please visit our delivery page here and search for your country under International Delivery. ​
  • Can someone else sign for my delivery?
    When delivery arrives to deliver your item someone who resides at the address must sign for the item.
  • Do you gift-wrap orders?
    Due to COVID we do not gift wrap orders. ​
  • Where is my order?
    If you have yet to receive your order it is usually a good idea to check your email as this is our primary method of contact.
